2024年12月26日（木）御嵩町に「極生プリン専門店 湊（みなと）」さんが新しくオープン。
厳選された岐阜県産の卵と牛乳と使用した、とろっとろのプリン。
プリンは３種類
瓶に入った通常のプリンは「すいーと」「びたー」「ちょこれーと」の３種類。
「すいーと」と「びたー」にはカラメルがついています。
とろっとろの極生プリンとカラメルソースを絡めていただきます。
「ちょこれーと」は生クリームがたっぷり入った濃厚なプリン。
極生プリン クリームブリュレ
注文が入ってから炙るクリームブリュレは、賞味期限60分。
パリッパリのブリュレと、とろっとろの極生プリンがバランスよくいただけます。
