2025年4月28日にオープンした「一日一麦」さん。
ひやむぎの概念が変わるような、透明感とコシのある麺に、こだわりのお汁もとっても美味しいんです。
モーニングの朝定食
朝8:00から営業しており、朝から全メニュー注文可能！
8:00〜10:00は朝定食でコーヒーもついて850円（税込）からとお得にいただけます。
また、ちょっと早めのランチにもお店が空いているのが嬉しいポイントです！
肉汁つけ麺のセット「肉御膳」
普通盛りでも300g強の量で、ボリューム満点！
麺は本当にひやむぎ？と思う、透明感とコシ！
さらにこのこだわりのつけ汁がまた美味しいんです！

家康御膳（ぶっかけ冷麦）
名物のイカ丼がついたセット。
麺はぶっかけひやむぎに変更しました。
これは岐阜のソウルフード冷やしたぬきに近く、岐阜県民には馴染みがあり気軽に食べやすい一品。
蕎麦アレルギーだけど冷やしたぬきが食べたい！という方には絶対一度食べてほしいと思います！
選べるセットの丼もの
セットの名物のいか丼は、鯛茶漬けやサーモン丼、まぐろ丼などに変更が可能♪
私はサーモン丼をいただきましたが、なんととろろが入っていて、より美味しくいただきました！
