「岩村醸造」さんは、江戸時代の天明7年の1787年に創業された歴史ある蔵元。
法人化と同時にお味噌や醤油も造り始めたことから、酒造ではなく醸造になっています。
看板銘柄「女城主」
岩村城築城800年を記念して誕生した銘柄「女城主」
岩村醸造のシグネチュアーブランドです。
他にも、創業当時からのブランド「ゑなのほまれ」や、日本酒が出すことのできる極限の味を追求する「幻の城」などがあります。

甘酒ソフトクリームや酒粕生チョコレートもあり、日本酒が苦手な方でも楽しむことができます♪
家屋も魅力的！
江戸時代に建てられた築300年ほどという家屋は趣があり「重要伝統的建造物群保存地区」に指定されている一角に佇んでいます。
店内奥の中では、ホッと癒されるひとときを過ごせます。

岩村醸造さんの蔵開きでは、毎年たくさんの人で賑わいます。
2025年は2月8日（土）、9日（日）、22日（土）23日（日）、3月1日（土）2日（日）の６日間、10:00〜15:00の開催です。
