パフェ始めました！
海津市にあるおしゃれなカフェ「TIKKER（ティッケル）」さん。
新しく、季節のパフェがスタートしました。
第一弾は、いちじくのパフェ。
海津市の農家さんが毎日直送してくれる、食べ頃採れたてのイチジクを使ったパフェ。
クリームのような滑らかな食感で、一口食べるたびに「美味しい！！！！」と言ってしまうほど、絶品でした。
その日の入荷状況なので売切れの場合もあるそうです。
フレッシュなとろとろイチジクに、中にあるレモンシャーベットがとても合います。
さっぱりなパフェかと思いきや、杏仁の程よい甘さがあったりと、味の変化も楽しめました。
いちじくのスムージも、期間限定の新メニュー。
