飛騨牛の肉寿司の食べ歩き
下呂温泉街初の肉専門店「湯島庵（ゆしまあん）」さん。
創業60年の老舗である下呂市萩原の肉屋「天狗」の2号店になります。
「下呂温泉に来てくださった観光客の皆様に、もっと手軽に飛騨牛を提供したい」という
想いで出来たお店なんです。
オススメは飛騨牛の霜降り握り、飛騨牛の赤身、納豆喰豚の豚バラの珠玉の３種盛り。
飛騨牛はもちろん！！ですが、納豆喰豚も美味しいんです。
飛騨牛ステーキの食べ歩き
実は「湯島庵」では、肉寿司だけではなく、飛騨牛ステーキの食べ歩きもできるんです！！
その日のショーケースの中から選び、その場で焼いてくれます。
お肉の量や部位によって、お値段は異なりますが、この日は1,000円〜1,500円ほどのお肉がありました。
お肉の後味もしっかり残る、とろとろの脂ののった飛騨牛を堪能できます。
イートインも可能
店内にはカウンターもあり、お店の中でもいただくことができます。
夏や冬には、イートインがおすすめです♪
